Account Officer


Job Description

  • Responsible for maintaining records of daily financial transactions.
  • Manage day to day accounting functions.
  • Maintain regular financial transactions.
  • Communication with the bank when required.
  • Record purchase and sales of the company into the Accounting Software.
  • Prepare and enter the settlement of debit notes and credit notes into the system.
Educational & Experience Requirements
  • BBA/MBA major in Accounting or Finance in Accounting from a reputed university.
  • Any 3rd Division not allowed.
  • Experience person will get preference 1 years or more
Additional Requirements
  • Good skill in Microsoft office.
  • Preferred having knowledge in Accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills in English (written/verbal)
  • The candidate should have a pleasant personality.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be a team player and can get along with co-worker.
  • Knowledge in QuickBooks will add an extra advantage.
  • Experience in the TAX & VAT sector will get preference.
