Account Officer
Job Description
- Responsible for maintaining records of daily financial transactions.
- Manage day to day accounting functions.
- Maintain regular financial transactions.
- Communication with the bank when required.
- Record purchase and sales of the company into the Accounting Software.
- Prepare and enter the settlement of debit notes and credit notes into the system.
- BBA/MBA major in Accounting or Finance in Accounting from a reputed university.
- Any 3rd Division not allowed.
- Experience person will get preference 1 years or more
- Good skill in Microsoft office.
- Preferred having knowledge in Accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment.
- Good communication skills in English (written/verbal)
- The candidate should have a pleasant personality.
- Have the ability to work under pressure.
- Must be a team player and can get along with co-worker.
- Knowledge in QuickBooks will add an extra advantage.
- Experience in the TAX & VAT sector will get preference.
- Salary Review: Yearly
- Festival Bonus: 1 (yearly)
